modsecurity was the 3rd module, moving it to be 1st did't make any
difference.<br>

for the report Rami. Well, I see it working on my 1.9.1 boxes, but
that doesn't mean there isn't a problem, I'll setup some test boxes to
see if I can reproduce it. I wonder if it might not be an issue with
the order in which modsecurity loads? Can you check to see if
modsecurity loads first for you, or if something else loads before it?

<blockquote type="cite">Hi,
<br>
<br>
<br>
After I upgrade to 1.9.1 rules are not working.
<br>
<br>
<br>
Rule like:
<br>
SecFilterSelective THE_REQUEST "/awstats\.pl HTTP\/(0\.9|1\.0|1\.1)$"
<br>
from "rules.conf" are ignore.
<br>
<br>
I tried that in the new v1.9.x "rules.conf" and the old one.
<br>
I know mod_security 1.9.1 is loading fine because it create new
SecFilterDebugLog and SecAuditLog files.
<br>
<br>
Returning back the old v1.8.7 mod_security.so, *.conf files and
restarting apache make the rule to be live again.
<br>
<br>
I'm using apache 2

<br>
Please advice
