[Modsecurity] Sorry for the delays - update still coming

I am using both 2.1.1 and 1.9.5 on two different Apache 2.2.3 machines.
2.1.1 is recently installed and will go in to production in a week or 
so, 1.9.5 have been in productions for 2 years and plans is to move to 
2.1.1 if it works smoothly.
