[Modsecurity] Sorry for the delays - update still coming

dido.  standard cPanel stuff.   Looking forward to the apache 2 support from
them, but doesn't sound like that will be enough.

Also, we will be releasing the rules under the GPL.  Not sure yet if it 
will be v2 or v3.  If anyone has thoughts on other licenses, chime in now.
